Return and exchange policy

 
 

If the product was not shipped, you can cancel the order.


You will receive a shipping confirmation via the email registered in your order once it has been shipped.

Once the product has been shipped, the customer has no right to cancel the order.

Once the order has been processed and the bill of lading has been printed, no amendments or additions can be made to the order.

Important note:

If the order status has been fulfilled and the bill of lading has been printed and the customer wishes to cancel the order, the shipping amount will be deducted.

This is in case of full payment and does not include installments

Once the shipment is returned to the store and it is confirmed that the products have not been opened or used, the customer will be refunded immediately


If you wish to cancel your order and the order is still under review (before the product is shipped and the order is fulfilled), please contact customer service to complete the cancellation procedure. Please provide the following information to the staff member

Full name used in the order

Order number

Mobile number used in the order


When payment is made by installments (Tamara or Tabby), the customer cannot cancel or return the order in any case, even if the order status is under review.
